PROCESSING TIME Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Photography prints may require additional time for quality printing and careful packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We ship to United States ONLY.

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 5-7 business days
• Canada: 7-10 business days
• International: 10-15 business days

TRACKING You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can monitor your delivery.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us immediately at smileyt2002@yahoo.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
